Fee Schedule

During your initial session you will meet with our therapist and discuss your concerns.  During this session assessments may take place to assist with your goal setting.

After your session your therapist will complete a brief summary detailing goals and direction for therapy services.

50min therapy + admin per and post session.

On going Speech Therapy sessions. 50min therapy + 10min admin

There is no additional charge for assessments. Assessments will be scheduled during your therapy sessions where possible and will be at your hourly rate.

Reports will be written on request, after an assessment or at the conclusion of your therapy.

Once goals are identified, your therapist will write an initial goal report. This will be used as a reference for your current NDIS plan. You can use this report as evidence to NDIS that you are using the funds appropriately, provide the report to key people in your life including teachers and medical team.

Only for those on an Early Intervention Plan. Your identified goals will be reviewed half way through your NDIS plan timeframe. This will allow an opportunity to change and set new goals for the remainder of your plan.  You can use this report as evidence to NDIS that you are using the funds appropriately, provide the report to key people in your life including teachers and medical team.

For all NDIS clients an End of Plan report is required for your NDIS review meeting. This report will be written ~3month prior you end of plan date. The report will detail goal progress and recommendations for your next NDIS plan. You can use this report as evidence to NDIS that you are using the funds appropriately, provide the report to key people in your life including teachers and medical team.

Additional repots will be written on request or after an assessment
